Cultist Altar

Altar that randomly spawn around the Marae Lassel Plateau and which spawn creatures when it is used by players. It usually has a spawn of 2 cultists around it. It is part of the Refulgent Bracelet quest because one of the creatures it spawns casts a portal to the dungeon.

Creatures that it can spawn: Synast, Scathisa, Umbris Shadow, Summoned Pulsar Wisp, Entropy Wisp, Dual Fragment, Vapor Golem, Black Breath, Hellfire, Lag Beast, and Dark Vapor (which has the portal).
