The cultists' altar has been defiled!

Introduced in the Dark Majesty Expansion.

Found on the Marescent Plateau.
It usually has a spawn of 2 Cultists near it.
Spawns creatures when it is used by a player.
It is part of the Caliginous Bethel Quest. The Dark Vapor it spawns summons a portal to the Caliginous Bethel dungeon upon death.
