Added to the game when the Spell Economy for Flame Bolt V was damaging the spells effectiveness, probably due to the Black Spawn Den.
Located in the Gredaline Consulate, along with Arcane Restoration and Unnatural Persistance.

Obtained from various Virindi in the form of Obsidian Shards in the Gredaline Consulate. Diyas al-Yat in Zaikhal translates the shards and scrolls found on the Virindi, giving these spells in return.
