Walk Through

1. Speak to the Umbral Guard by the Gear Knight Royal Guard in Tou-Tou at 30.3S, 94.8E.
2. She asks you to kill 15 Devourer Marguls in Tou-Tou. Those on the periphery of Tou-Tou will not count.
3. Return to the Umbral Guard for an experience and Luminance reward.
