- Hand Qin Xikit's Crown to the Dias to summon a portal to Qin Xikit's island (91.64N, 101.9W):
- You give Enchanted Dais Qin Xikit's Crown.
- Voices sound throughout the hall and a hum of magic fills the area. A section of the ground begins to glow softly and a portal coalesces in that spot.
