• Turn the stones in to the Royal Scout (originally just the one near the Festival Stone of Midsong)

Turn in 30 to the Royal Scout for the title "Memorial Champion".

Turn in 90 total to the Royal Scout for the title "Champion Immemorial".

• Stack Size is 30. The Royal Scout takes all the stones out of your inventory when you hand them in so there is no point is getting more than 30 at a time.
