Notes

• Gaerlan studied at the Lyceum under the direction of Asheron. He traveled to many worlds with Asheron. He was jealous of his brother, Delacim, who held Asheron's favor.
• He reappeared during the Isparian presence on Dereth, after his citadel was found in the northern reaches of Osteth. He sought the destruction of the Isparians and of Asheron.
• After his puppet Martine turned on him, he was imprisoned in a propylaeum by Nuhmudira.
