Special Properties: Crushing Blow, Biting Strike, Resistance Cleaving: Electrical, Cast on Strike: Eye of the Storm Uses quarrels as ammunition. Bonus to Melee Defense: +15.0% (+32.0%) Your must be at least 360 to wield this item. Casts the following spells: Eye of the Storm, Atlan's Alacrity, Temeritous Touch, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will Activation Requirements: Arcane Lore: 250 Spellcraft: 400 Mana: 800 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.
