Use this gem to lower a specialized skill to trained, or a trained skill to untrained. This gem will return six skill credits when used to unspecialize or untrain the Item Tinkering Skill.

Notes

  • Obtained by handing a Token of Modification to the "Item Tinkering Warden of Forgetfulness".
  • Use to untrain your Item Tinkering skill.
  • Cannot be used to unspecialize, or recover the xp from, specialized (augmented) Item Tinkering skill.
You have succeeded in untraining your Item Tinkering skill!
  • In Master of Arms, the following text was removed from the description after all races were given Arcane Lore in place of the traditional racial skills: "If you are Gharu'ndim you cannot untrain the Item Tinkering Skill".
