General

Originally, the Matron Dungeons (see also Matron Hive East, Matron Hive South and Matron Hive North were located on Asheron's Island and had upper level restrictions. The dungeons only spawned the Matrons after one in the lower level dungeon was killed. Only after getting through the exit portal, you were flagged to enter Asheron's Castle. The Matron Hive West was located at 19.3S, 72.6E, restricted level 60-79, and was later moved to the town of Uziz with the upper restriction removed.

The Olthoi Brood Matron here drops the Brood Matron Crest to get Asheron's Greater Raiment.
