- Speak with Miyako Nujou-Wah in Nanto. She will send you to the Mysterious Tunnels.
- There are a number of paths you can take, the green path leads to a chest.
- Open the chest and retrieve Reflections of a Portal.
- Return the book to Miyako for your rewards.
