Obtained by exchanging a stamped Lucky Gold Letter between Yaraq and Yanshi.
In Yaraq, the town stamp is in Sea Temple Catacombs and stamped letters go to Mara al-Luq.
In Yanshi, the town stamp is in Deserted Ruin and stamped letters go to Dai Ya the Scholar.
During the Waking From the Abyss event, the ring's icon was updated and its spell increased from level II to III.
