Obtained by exchanging a stamped Lucky Gold Letter between Shoushi and Lytelthorpe.
In Shoushi, the town stamp is in Shreth Hive and stamped letters go to Oi-Tong Ye.
In Lytelthorpe, the town stamp is in Lost Distillery and stamped letters go to Lord Aleval.
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Bow to Missile Weapons, and the spells accordingly
