- Patriarch's Elite Raiders spawn on the Isle of Tears as part of the quest T'Thuun's Marauders.
- When killed the a local message is broadcast:
- <Player> kills the Elite Raider. Dark blood sprays from its wounds as it attempts to crawl back through the portal and collapses in a heap of rotting bones and flesh.
