A note promised to be worth value with the Alternate Currency Exchangers. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded This item cannot be sold.

Returned by the merchant Higashiyama Akako in exchange for Alternate Currencys, the Promissory Notes can then be exchanged with Absalom Sarraf for any Alternate Currency.
During the Cloak of Darkness event the Promissory Note was added as a random reward at the High Stakes Casinos.
During the Lessons from the Past event A'nekshay Tokens were added to this Vendor.
