A note promised to be worth value with the Alternate Currency Exchangers in Zaikhal. This item cannot be sold.

Returned by the merchant Higashiyama Akako in exchange for Alternate Currencys, the Promissory Notes can then be exchanged with Absalom Sarraf for any Alternate Currency.
During the Cloak of Darkness event the Promissory Note was added as a random reward at the High Stakes Casinos.
During the Lessons from the Past event A'nekshay Tokens were added to this Vendor.
During the March Patch Hotfix:(8th May, 2014) - Promissory Notes were made tradeable and the Attuned and Bonded attriburtes were removed.
