Bonus to Attack Skill: +15% (32%)

You must be at least level 140 to wield this item.

Casts the following spells: Atlan's Alacrity, Moderate Heavy Weapon Aptitude, Honed Control, Infected Caress, Cragstone's Will, Elysa's Sight
