Near the start sticking left you can find the Charred Falatacot Journal on the ground and a nearby Sclavus Acolyte of T'thuun drops a Reinforced Door Key. There are traps throughout. The key opens a Reinforced Door (Resistance 700) in the middle of the dungeon.
