Entrance to Apostate Citadel Mines

General

• If you finish the quest (i.e. deliver the translation to Aruq ibn Balthar), you can NOT re-enter the dungeon (until your timer is up (28 days)??). When you have picked up the shard, or have translated it, you can still enter. Receiving the rewards makes it impossible to re-enter.
• At the end, the portal to the Apostate Citadel Barracks can be found. This portal is behind a door, the key is on the Gotrok Mining Foreman
