This item can only be wielded by <Player>.

Your Finesse Weapons must be at least 400 to wield this item.

Casts the following spells: Major Finesse Weapon Aptitude, Minor Coordination, Minor Strength, Infected Caress, Elysa's Sight, Cragstone's Will, Atlan's Alacrity

One of the Spectral Weapons, it is crafted by adding a Spectral Binding Stone sold by Hurnmel the Smith in Graveyard to a Spectral Staff.
During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Staff to Finesse Weapons, the spells and wield requirement changed accordingly, and the base damage upped from 28 - 40 to 39.2 - 56
