Notes
- Can be turned in to the Master Arbitrator for experience
- can be turned in to Fiun Rehlyun at the Fiun settlement for a Blank Augmentation Gem.
- The experience reward is a full level (100% of the exp for your next level, it doesn't matter how close you are to leveling, you get the full amount). Be careful the two tokens are identical in appearance, so be sure not to hand this token back if you want the augmentation gem.
