Originally dropped by Marauders near the Tou-Tou Lighthouse, now found in the Southwest Pyramid in Patriarch's Valley

• Turn the stones in to the Royal Scout (originally just the one in Tou-Tou)

Turn in 30 to the Royal Scout for the title "Tough Tough".

Turn in 90 total to the Royal Scout for the title "Rock Star".

• Stack Size is 30. The Royal Scout takes all the stones out of your inventory when you hand them in so there is no point is getting more than 30 at a time.
