A camp of Liches and a Lich Lord in the middle of the Blackmire Swamp. The lord has his own throne with a runed chest beside it (diff. 100, tier 1 Loot).

- From Yanshi, take the Swamp Temple Place portal at 10.3S, 45.6E.
