Notes
- Purchase a Blighted Dagger Coin inside one of the two Black Markets (from Purser Narissa Pelton or Purser Jak Halftoes) and give to the boss (Master Mehkar al-Qalam or Master MacTavish) for the weapon.
- You must be 180+ to access a black market.
