Walk Through
You must enter Asheron's Sanctum on Asheron's Island, but to be flagged to enter the Sanctum you must enter one of the Matron Hives. The Matron Hive South (52.5S, 81.9E) in Nanto has a level 20+ level requirement.
Travel to Eastham and take the Asheron's Island portal at 18.4n, 69.3e. From here enter the Asheron's Castle portal nearby and then proceed to Asheron's Sanctum.
Once you enter the Sanctum, speak to Asheron.
