Similar to Critical Strike, Biting Strike increases the chance that a weapon critically hits its opponent (normally it's 10% of hits are criticals). The increase in chance is fixed and does not depend on the attack skill of the wielder. Biting Strike is found on quest weapons and cannot be added by the player.
