This bracelet grants the wearer a kind of specialized extra sense. Through the mind's eye, the workmanship of an item can be assessed. Ways to improve an item or repair flaws are made visible, allowing the user to more expertly make modifications. Casts the following spells: Incantation of Item Tinkering Expertise Self, Incantation of Armor Tinkering Expertise Self, Incantation of Weapon Tinkering Expertise Self, Incantation of Magic Item Tinkering Expertise Self, Epic Focus Activation Requirements: None Spellcraft: 350 Mana: 3000 Mana Cost: 1 point per 30 seconds.

In Shedding Skin the stats were changed, including for existing items. Also no longer drops on death automatically, it can be protected with death items/augmentations. See Bracelet of Binding (Retired) for the old stats.
