Deep Mukkir Nest on north beach of Vissidal.

General

There are currently only two ways to get to Dark Isle. There is a portal on the far east side of Vissidal in the open that requires you be flagged to enter. And the other portal appears at the bottom of this dungeon after killing the Dark Crystal Spire. Going through this summoned portal flags you to use the other permanent portal (most people lifestone on Dark Isle because of the difficulty in getting back).
