Inscribed on the pale blue jewel of this wand are the runes of an unknown language. It bears a unique affinity for spells of frost, and it seems to be filled with a deadly, otherworldly magic. It is icy cold to the touch, a cold that evokes the bleak, chilling void of portalspace.
Special Properties: Unenchantable, Dropped on Death, Biting Strike, Crushing Blow, Resistance Cleaving: Cold

Spell Descriptions:

  • Mystic's Blessing (Increases a magic casting implement's mana conversion bonus by 70%.)
  • Hieromancer's Boon (Increases the target's War Magic skill by 40 points.)
  • Major War Magic Aptitude (Increases the target's War Magic skill by 15 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.)
  • Major Frost Ward (Reduces damage the target takes from Cold by 15%. Additional spells can be layered over this.)
  • Icy Shield (Increases the target's natural armor by 100 points. Additional spells can be layered over this.)
