Notes
- Obtained by Quest
- Get the two motes from the Halls of Metos near Wai Jhou and Ayan Baqur, and use it to infuse the altar Golem Warden of Metos to spawn the NPC and receive the Ruminations and Warnings on Portal Creation as a sub level 80 character
