Dropped by Olthoi Advance Guards in the Catacombs of Opposition.
Hand it to Nanoc, Basher of Bugs in the Catacombs along with Leather Gloves to obtain an Olthoi Acid Katar.
Hand it to Narg in the Catacombs along with a Quarter Staff to obtain an Acid Olthoi Axe.
