| This medallion is awarded to those who have resisted the Olthoi menace of the north for a consistent length of time. However, there is something in the trick of its construction that makes it valuable to the Arcanum.

- Purchased from Hisham al-Evv @ 43.8N, 54.9E near Olthoi North for ten Small Olthoi Venom Sacs.
- Can be turned in to an Arcanum Mana-smith for a Mana Forge Key.
