Each patch/update will have a page dedicated to covering everything that is introduced during that patch. Remove sections that do not apply to a particular patch.

• For recent pages the Original and Current links will be the same, however for older patches they are different, we want to preserve the original link because it is needed when researching the page at the internet archive. The current link should always be an active link, if none is available, put "None" (no quotes). Items in sharp brackets <> should be replaces completely, removing the brackets as well.
• The splash screen should be named <Patch Name> Splash Screen.jpg and sized 640x480. A thumbnail linked to the new quests section is automatically generated from this file that is displayed at the top right.

The example below is truncated but has all sections. For town crier sayings order them alphabetically to make it easier to see if one is missing.
