• Originally the Patriarch's Inquisitor spawned on the Isle of Tears as part of the quest T'Thuun's Marauders, after the 4 Patriarch's Elite Raiders (and the rest of the raider spawn) are killed
• When killed the a local message is broadcast:

<Player> has killed the Patriarch's Inquisitor. In his death spasms the Inquisitor shouts something incoherent except for one word, Tthuun.

• They can now be found inside the Pyramids.
