• Obtained by applying Bloodhunter Oil to a Ravenous Staff.
• Phantasmal ignores all physical armor on the target.
• During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Staff to Light Weapons and the Wield requirement adjusted accordingly. The base damage from 6.3 - 9 was not changed.
