Quest Overview

Originally this was a quest to help 3 Lugian Emissaries build power forges for each of Osteth's capital towns. To help them you were requested to and retrieve Forge Essence from the Power Forge dungeons. Now the forges are built the Emmissaries have left and with it the xp reward, however, you can now hand the Forge Essences to a Agent of the Arcanum for a Writ of Refuge.

Walk Through

1. Go to each of the three Power Forge dungeons and kill the Virindi Overseer there. Each Overseer drops a ring, Forge Essence and Inner Sea Directive.
2. Take each of the Essences to an Agent of the Arcanum or hand them to a forge to receive a experience reward and to increase that forge's spells to five and a half minutes.
