Aluvian saint.[1][2]. If he was the first High King Pwyll (since High King Pwyll II and High King Pwyll III are mentioned elsewhere) is unknown.
Many Aluvians use his name (refer to his smoldering remains or his bones) when confronted with a surprise, beit pleasant or unpleasant.[3][4][5][6][7][8][9][10][11] This does kinda suggest that Pwyll did not die in his sleep.
