A certificate that grants the bearer all level 8 war and void spells. Bring this certificate to an Agent of the Arcanum. Special Properties: Attuned, Bonded This item cannot be sold.

Purchased from Marid the Stipend Vendor in Arwic.
During the Spring 2014 Event the following changes were introduced;
- The Item Spells Certificate, Life Spells Certificate, Creature Spells Certificate and Combat Spells Certificate spells were all changed from Level 7 to Level 8 spells.
- Gives all Level 8 war and void spells that can be crafted.
