• During the Master of Arms event, the skill was changed from Dagger to Light Weapons, the spells adjusted accordingly, and the base damage upped from 7 - 10 to 28.7 - 41. The Activation requirement of Dagger: 375 was removed and the Wield requirement changed from Level: 30 to Base Weapon: 250
• Like all other weapons from this quest, this item became attuned & bonded during the Master of Arms event, making it only usable by the character which it was stored on during the patch.
