- Hunt Great Mattekars until you find two Great Mattekar Horns
- Hand your two Great Mattekar Horns to Yuan Hanzu in Ayan Baqur and you'll receive two Shaped Great Mattekar Horns
- Hunt Lugians until you find two Large Lugian Sinews
- Use the Large Lugian Sinews on a Cooking Pot to create Cured Large Lugian Sinews (Cooking skill check)
