Use to recover all the experience invested in your trained Salvaging skill.

Although you cannot untrain your Salvaging skill, you have succeeded in recovering all the experience you had invested in it.

Cannot be used to unspecialize, or recover the xp from, specialized (augmented) Salvaging skill.
