Sanamar is the 4th starter town, added in the Throne of Destiny expansion. It features several quests intended for levels 5-20.

Overlooking the town is the palace of King Varicci II.

Sanamar features portals both to and from Holtburg, Shoushi, Yaraq, Redspire, Westwatch, and Eastwatch

One of the NPCs in Sanamar will sell you a portal gem to Silyun for a V note.
