Lorca Sammel lives in Sanamar at 71.9N 60.9W, next to the Statue of King Varicci II. He needs help recovering his missing necklace from the nearby Penguin Den at 71.7N, 60.4W. Head to the den, find his necklace in a chest in the last room of the dungeon, and return it to Lorca.

Take it, and head in to the portal behind her to reach the floating platforms where the Beacon is located. Place the gem in the beacon at the end, then return to Elena.
