The Alloy Fan that is used in the Undead Mechanic and the Pyreal Forge Bellows for Aerlinthe Recall are found in the Magma Golem Section near the bottom of the dungeon by the forges (See Map).
The spawns in this dungeon were substantially altered during the ?? event.
During the early days of AC, this was a popular dungeon for life mages to drain magma golems.
