Translation of the Torn Letter

A translation of the script found on the paper scraps recovered from the shadows attacking our towns.

Great Lord,
As requested our forces are now striking out at the human settlements that our mortal informers have scouted. We targeted the weak spots from past invasions of the minions of the Living Shadow and have discovered a suitable location where the barriers have been weakened enough for our purposes. We keep the humans busy with our feints while we work at forcing a breach.

There have been no signs of the Haebreans or Yalain here, although we have word of one Bright One who has aided these humans in the past. The hunters have proven to be a distraction to us and plans are underway to eliminate their leader. Also, we have heard whisperings of a great warrior among the mortals who has arisen to lead their resistance. He clothes himself in the fashion of their warriors, but bears a power unlike the rest.

We gather in strength and await your wrathful return with joyous anticipation.
