General
This is an old AC dungeon that was updated as part of the Elysa's Favor quest. Fort Witshire where the original portal is has been barricaded so the dungeon can now only be reached by using the Underground Passage portals located inside an Advocate Tower in the 3 Starter Towns:
You must be flagged by the NPC near the portal in order to enter.
