Usage
Enforces Naming Conventions, sets the Icon popup caption to the item name rather than the full item name, and links to the item's article page. A link to a specific page other than the icon name may be specified using the optional alias parameter.
For a bulleted list item showing the icon and a text link use {{Icon Bullet}}.
For example:

displays as:
leave blank for an icon that isn't yet available:
