	There's a conditional check to see if there are any level, base or buffed wield reqs and if there are none it does not add an additional line break (if any of them exist a break is added). However it is behaving in an anomalous fashion and only functions correctly if the last conditional has something for the true value, even though whatever is there isn't displayed. If nothing is there (because nothing should be displayed) it instead creates a break, either as part of the conditional (I don't believe so) or in some sort of emergent fashion.
