Notes
- Elemental Cloud Locations. (Dungeons | Landscape Spawns | Points of Interest)
- Appeared during The Elemental Cisterns live event when the Crystal Lord Sovereigns were attacking the capital towns.
- The cloud was a selectable object in the sky which rained down spell damage on targets.
