Armor Tinkerers can use this gem on any loot-generated shield to increase its Damage Resistance Rating by 5. This item has a chance of failure and potential shield destruction, and stacks with other tinkering effects. Special Properties: Bonded A chunk of amber imbued with the energies of the Deru. This item cannot be sold.

Cannot be purchased; found only as a random reward from the Corrupted Amber Collection or Infused Amber Collection quests.
Cannot be applied to quest shields like the Aegis of the Gold Gear, can only be applied to loot generated Shields.
